Integrated Microbiome Resource (IMR)

As of the end of December 2016, we've completed Run 66, containing over 18,000 samples, covering 229 different scientific projects of 65 Principle Investigators (IMR Members, other academics and commercial clients). We have sequenced over 3 billion reads containing over 1.2 trillion bases...and these numbers are growing continuously...

The 229 different projects so far undertaken at the IMR cover varying subjects, ranging from "pure" environmental research of the oceans to applied research in wastewater treatment and bioreactors to mouse model studies and human clinical trials.
